Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider and will not participate with insurance companies directly. Due to the nature of our work, this allows us more flexibility and control over what and how your information is shared.
And enables you to make decisions about your healthcare…
Not your insurance company.
No matter where you go - out of network benefits can still be audited by insurance companies. If this happens, you would be financially liable
(as we intentionally don’t participate directly with insurance companies).
Diagnosis
In order to utilize any form of insurance (Including out of network benefits) an insurance company will require you to have: a mental health diagnosis, which they determine requires medically necessary care (i.e. therapy).
A diagnosis code is necessary information on a superbill and required for reimbursement of out-of-network benefits.
Not every insurance company will cover every diagnosis code or service combination.
Availability & Scheduling
Eddie offers intensives and short term psychotherapy by appointment only. Generally between 9AM-5PM Monday - Friday based on availability.
Any intensive, or community-based services are by appointment only.
Eddie frequently functions as a “specialist” or “adjunctive therapist” and is happy to discuss if this is appropriate, so that you can maintain your existing therapeutic relationships.
Eddie responds to most inquiries within 24 hours, and values the investment you are making in your care.
